REcompliant CEO Nathan Ward is an industry expert, having worked in Philadelphia compliance for nearly a decade. With extensive experience in municipal compliance, project permitting, tax, violation removal, rental licensing, zoning, and general municipal compliance. Nathan and his tier one team operate with military precision, laser focus, and extreme attention to detail. It is with this attitude of improvising and results driven mindset that allows the team to be a leader in the local industry.
Nathan’s thorough knowledge of municipal building code, and UCC, combined with the close working relationships developed over the many years with inspectors and officials make REcompliant a stand-out amongst Philadelphia tax professionals, law firms and compliance agencies. Nathan served in the Military as a Staff Sergeant counter terror operative in an elite strike force unit early in his career; Nathan is also a certified EMT and gives back to his community by serving in the Philadelphia Police Departments 16th district.
